While the Mortgage bank is to finance your Property purchase process, Easemove Properties Limited will assist in identifying the property for purchase and management of the bought properties thereafter. This is one-stop shop where the purchaser uses a local representative without the need to physically go to Kenya for the transaction.

Applying for a Mortgage

• 1. Complete send4me's Mortgage Questionnaire form. This will help the Mortgage bank to pre-qualify your application based on your ability to repay the borrowed finance.

• 2. Identify the property, as a loan is only approved after a sale agreement has been signed and your desired property has been given a clean bill of health.

Opening a Bank Account

THIS CERTIFICATION WILL BE SIGNED BY A REGISTERED MSB AND EITHER A SOLICITOR/NOTARY,YOUR BANKER OR HIGH COMMISSION. 

You will be informed through e-mail (please provide on the Application form) and post by S&L when your application pack is received and processed. Below are the steps to follow in applying to open an account with S&L limited, Kenya:

• 1) Download a copy of the send4me supplementary form.

• 2) Download from the Bank website the relevant application forms for the account you wish to open, or obtain the forms from one of send4me's agents.

• 3) Sign them

• 4) The completed ORIGINAL application forms together with copies of the certiffied original required documents should be physically returned to one of our agents or to us at the following address:
