 You can do this through an Agent or online. Please make sure that you have deposited money in one of our Bank accounts BEFORE using the "Send Money" button if transacting online. It is important that you ask the bank to indicate the Names of the Recipient or your Account no. with us for ease of identifying the deposit on our Bank Statement. You may also choose to call us on 0870 350 2064 and we will promptly give a payout reference number (Pin Number) once we confirm receipt of your funds into our bank account. The exchange rate and our fees are provided online.  Once we confirm receipt of your funds into our bank account, you will receive an automatically generated email, confirming the details of the transfer and a payout reference number (Pin Number). Where you give us the recipient's email address, this PIN Number will also be sent by email to him/her. It is also a confirmation that we have received your funds from the agent.  Once the payment to the Recipient or to a Bank account has taken place as you instructed, you receive another automatically generated email which acts as a receipt and proof of the transfer, for your records.
